Fine art and jewellery copywriter for Christie’s auction house

During Christie’s fast-paced auction season, I worked as a fine art and jewellery copywriter covering a treasure trove of rare paintings, sculpture, high jewellery, antiques and designer pieces – all unearthed from some of the world’s most fascinating private collections.

Every week brought something new and unexpected. The world’s largest Fancy Vivid blue-green diamond. Personal guitars from an ‘80s rock legend. A Blake watercolour filed away in a second-hand bookshop in Glasgow after being lost for 165 years.

I wrote across everything from gallery signage to emails about upcoming exhibitions and informative carousel text and Instagram captions.
